Meet Our Founder
Radiant Woman Collective Inc. was founded by
Veronica M. Arnold, a faith- filled woman with a heart for helping women recognize their worth, rediscover their strength, and bloom through every season of life.
What began as a God-given vision grew from Veronica’s desire to create a place where women could be encouraged, supported, strengthened, and reminded that they belong. Her heart is to help women bloom beyond what they have been through, blossom into who God created them to be, and walk boldly in the radiance that has been within them all along.
Veronica was born and raised in Michigan and now lives in Texas with her husband, Jefferey Arnold. They have been married for 38 years and share two adult sons, Jerron and Jeremi. Veronica is also Nana to six grandchildren whom she absolutely adores.
Her faith, her love for God, devotion to family, heart for women, and commitment to serving her community are woven into the heart of Radiant Woman Collective Inc.

We believe every woman is radiant and she deserves room to bloom….
Our Story
Radiant Woman Collective Inc. was created from a faith-rooted vision to help women grow, connect, heal, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
Our Heart
We believe every woman carries worth, beauty, strength, and purpose. Through meaningful experiences, encouragement, practical support, and connection, we create space for women to bloom.
What We Believe
We believe every woman deserves to belong, to be encouraged, to grow and to discover the strength and purpose within her. We believe women bloom best when they are supported, connected, and given room to become who they were created to be.

Our Commitment
We are committed to building a welcoming community where women are encouraged, supported, and reminded that they belong, their lives have value, and their next season can still bloom.
